Global transport and logistics leader DSV has announced a new partnership with the Women’s Football Awards, joining as an official Supporting Sponsor for the 2026 ceremony in a move that highlights the accelerating commercial growth of women’s football.
The Women’s Football Awards – Europe’s biggest awards event dedicated to the women’s game – will take place on Thursday 7 May in London, bringing together the sport’s most influential figures, from grassroots pioneers to global superstars, for a night celebrating excellence across every level of football.
Hosted by Gabby Logan and Jamie Carragher, the event continues to spotlight the individuals and organisations driving the rapid growth and transformation of women’s football both on and off the pitch.
In addition to managing end to end supply chain solutions, from freight forwarding to contract logistics, for thousands of companies every day across 80+ countries, DSV also support their local communities. Through partnerships with grassroots football clubs like Worksop Town Ladies, and their sponsorship of The Women’s Football Awards, DSV reflect a shared commitment to connection, opportunity, and progress – values that mirror the trajectory of the women’s game as it reaches new audiences worldwide
The 2026 awards are also being championed by Sir David Beckham, alongside former England and Barcelona star Toni Duggan and Manchester City Women captain Alex Greenwood, further underlining the significance of this year’s event.

Among those recognised are Bunny Shaw, Vivianne Miedema, Alessia Russo and Hannah Hampton, alongside emerging talent like Michelle Agyemang and Maya Le Tissier, highlighting the quality and global appeal of this year’s shortlist.
